I'm looking into Shared Ownership at the mo, i think it is really good to get you on the property ladder! The only problem I'm finding is the choice of property, generally i find (in my area Windsor/Maidenhead) that they only build apartments/flats?! My partner has 2 young children so it is essential we have a 2 bed house with garden - these are extremely difficult to find... I still think the Pro's out way the Cons - better than throwing your money away renting. I'm just waiting for the right property to turn up...

I cant get close to that price. Based the spec you require I would recommend the following. What exactly has that got to do with anything? - Nothing racist there! She is merely stating that SS doesn't know what it's like to come from a poor/under privileged back ground and seeing as alot of her fan base are poor/under privileged, she should see what it's like - a reality check maybe.... appreciate what she has and not to take it for granted!? Any way i don't see what any of this has to do with this thread?? If SS can forgive and forget what Jade said, then i don't understand why it is upsetting you so much??

Maybe it may come across like that on the page, but i have watched it and they were just having an argument - about nothing - they were both being rude to each other - that 'comment' has been TOTALLY blown out of proportion!

Cancer Research The publicity around Jade’s diagnosis has led many more people to ask questions and seek information about cervical cancer - we’ve seen a dramatic leap in the number of people visiting the cervical cancer pages of our patient information website, CancerHelp UK. Before Jade was diagnosed, the total number of pages viewed daily in our cervical cancer section was around 2,000 to 3,000. On the day of the news last year this jumped to over 32,000. Since then the daily visits have continued to be around two to three times higher than before her diagnosis was made public. Our Information Nurses phone line has also had an increase in callers asking for information about cervical cancer. And in response to Jade being back in the news this week, we’ve seen the number of cervical cancer pages viewed increase to around 20,000. Jade Goody and cervical screening « Cancer Research UK - Science Update

"Since her diagnosis the number of tests has risen by 30 per cent – in the six months up to October 41,677 smears had been carried out, compared with 32,095 for the same time last year. Charities said they too had noticed a rise in inquiries about the disease." Jade Goody's plight sparks increase in number screened for cancer - Scotsman.com News
