I have a couple of users whose computer has crashed, when they try to log back on it is sayting there account is logged onto another computer. But I know that they aren't. Is there any way of "unlocking" or logging them of?

They dont ask for an admin, they run. But when you select an option from within the software there are no options to select! But I know they work as a local admin, so the app is installed correctly.

I have several Sherston software apps that have been installed onto iMacs using the local admin. When I logon as a network user they do not run, yet the permissions are the same as the admin account. Any ideas?

I have a group that needs to have a shared folder added to the user dock, for everyone in that group. There is one already added, but it's "kind" is volume. How do I add a shared folder as a volume through Workgroup manager? thanks

The time is identical, strange thing is that I can access the internet through the proxy. Just can't logon as a "user"

Hi guys, I've added a new Macbook to my network, added AD & OD, everything worked ok. When I get the logon screen on boot, I have a green led that says "Network Accounts Available" I try to logon as a valid network account and it shakes and doesn't logon. I have checked all settings with an identical Macbook and they are all the same. Any help would be excellent. Cheers Paul.

I'm having some issues when I go to print & fax through system preferences on several of my mac mini's. I cannot see any print queues, but I know they exist as I have created them! These area all on a network, and I'm logged on as the local admin. Any ideas would be gratefully accepted. Thanks
