Map drives

I have a user that have to restart his computer a few times in the morning before his map drives comes up. Once it is up it works all day. Then nights he shutdown and next morning same thing.
I have created a group policy, wait for network before login and this have sorted out the problem for about 2 days know we are back with same problem today.
