  1. Thasnk for the info. I'll get this over to the right people.
  2. @quiet_andy by hard to read do you mean jumbled text or just a lot of information?
  3. Not sure if you're using a Smoothwall or not.. You can do this via Layer 7 filtering (Network > Outgoing) and create policies to stop the traffic from getting out. This does require additional licensing from the base license.
  4. From my understanding in setting Smoothwall RADIUS setup: 1) Wireless Controller - use the RADIUS auth against your RADIUS server(ususally domain controller) - set the Smoothwall as your RADIUS accounting 2) On your Smoothwall - wireless controller set as a client and pre-shared keys are installed to the wireless controllers - RADIUS accounting should be set to NPS If I'm not mistaken this should let you achieve what you're looking for.
  5. Are you looking to deny the user from the network by failing their login? (i.e. User auths with network and the return is login disabled and no network access) Or are you looking to stop them from browsing the web but still retain access on the LAN?
  6. Ah after reading over your posts again I can see that. So its the automated reports that are not sending. Try re-creating the notification settings and letting it run again. If it still doesn't work here I would recommend trying to create another email group with a single email address in it. Test the settings on this and continue from there. Have you checked spam/junk folders to make sure it wasn't getting marked?
  7. That was going to be my suggestion. Have you tried running a tcpdump and checking to see if it is sending anything out of the smoothwall?
  8. Fellow smoothwall employee here as well. Have you checked out our help sites and knowledge base? Good stuff there to get started! http://help.smoothwall.net and Smoothwall Knowledge Base
  9. Hey quite_andy, What is your email host provider?
