Exchange MMC equivalent?

Good afternoon all!

 

I am looking at locking down a few of our servers for remote access. Now I know I can specify different users to have access and others not.

 

BUT.... I am wondering if there is a console of sorts that can be run/ran on a windows 7 PC to create and manage exchange 2003/2007 email accounts?

 

Is there?

Install the native Exch console, EMC & EMS.
