Backing up HAP

I have reverted back to 8.0 and have found a flaw Nick.

 

When you try to copy the whole HAP folder or covert it to a zip to save it as a backup, when i next log in, HAP throws up a Not Found message which stops HAP from working.

 

If i go to HAP config, the Services green tick turns to a red cross.

 

This tells me that there is no way to backup the HAP config.

 

Have you seen this before?

That's odd, as most the releases are taken from my live enviroment

its ok mate i was accessing the site via http rather than https so coincidently i when i was performing the backup, the backup worked fine then i was accessing the site via http which throws up the not known problem and the red cross problem
