Outlook 2010 Junk GPO Whitelist & Blacklist Problem

Morning,

 

Currently we have a program called ORF which filters SPAM email on our exchange server, however i have recieved many complaints about the users not being able to control it themselves and important emails going missing or delayed so the bosses want a solution they can control through outlook.

 

Therefore i am looking into the Outlook 2010 Junk E-Mail filter. I have created a new GPO with the custom ADM template, settings are below but the whitelist / blacklist wont populate for users automatically as they should. The other settings in the GPO apply fine. I read on the internet its because of a registry value importjunklists needing to have a vlue of '1' but it already does and still isnt working?

 

Any idea whats wrong?

Also tried setting it in Office Customization Tool and installing the MSP it creates but no luck either. Does anyone use this feature and if so, have you had any success? I realise its not a great solution but giving the bosses what they want!

also, is there a way of automatically deleting / achiving emails in the junk filter after a set period of time? Say 28 days? Right clicking on jun email in outlook allows me to enable it but cant find it in GPO?
