Sync Issues

Im in the process of testing out Win7 for my company and im having some issues with Syncing,

 

Every user has a folder created on the network (%servername%\ussers\%username%)and we have there My Doc folder redirected to it. Its working fine for XP but on Win7 it comes up with multiple errors. It fails whien trying to sync the following files:

default.rdp

desktop.ini (in my documents folder, my music and my pictures)

thumbs.db in my pictures,

a new word document in my docs

random user on our network (I do not have access to this account at all)
