Backup Exec 2010 R3 and Datadomain

I'm running BE 2010 and in just the last few days I'm this error in my Windows '08 Event log:

 

"An error occurred while processing a B2D command.

Changer: MoveMedium() Attempt to Lock Slot Failed (\\servername\cifs\B2D000905.lck). Error=32"

Well, datadomain won't have a slot to lock! Unless I'm mistaken. I've looked around for this error 32 but can't seem to find anything relating my situation.

 

Any ideas would be welcome
