ISA Server Block javascript

How are you all,

i am a beginner of isa server and having some issues in our office..

we have 18 - 20 wireless networked computers which are connected to Isa Server 2006.

i am facing some problems on browsing internet on workstation computers..

3 - 4 computers are not opening some particular websites properly.

only text of the website is showed images are not showing.

i opened the chrome javascript console on those machines.. and it says isa server denied the specified url.

i cleared the cache and cookies of the browsers but it wont help,, i cleared the cache of isa server but didn't resolve the problem.

other machines opening that websites (like bloomberg.com) properly ..

 

any ideas what is wrong with it.
