russdev Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 ok got isa box to sit between two networks in isa software how do you allow remote desktop connections through so i can remote connect into admin server... cheers Russell
kingswood Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 I think there is a protocol definition for RDP in ISA Server 2000 for outbound port 3389 by default. You could create a protocol rule allowing RDP services and specify if you want to authenticate by users, source IP address, or any request. There's an excellent article here that may help: http://www.isaserver.org/tutorials/Publishing_Windows_2000_Terminal_Services_to_a_NonStandard_Port_.html Here: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=294720 And here: http://www.isaserver.org/articles/2004pubts.html (They may not be applicable, but might give a general pointer in the right direction).
