Licence Managment Software

im looking as getting something that A) can keep track of all the licences we have, as we need to do an inventory pretty soon and then keep that up to date, and B) let me install software everywhere, but when the ammount of licences we have runs out wont let a new instance run untill a licence is free.

 

anyone have any ideas? they dont neceseraly have to be the same software but that would be a bonus.

Microsoft App-V can handle deploying software everywhere with a licence count. I think you have to get it as part of of MDOP via EES or Schools Agreement though, it's not available separately.
