[bug/error] iSpy acting weirdly/getting stuck

Doesn't always seem to happen, but not sure if it's just me misunderstanding how the new "read vs unread" is shown or whatnots, but see below:

 

 

As you can see, ispy vs todays posts showing very different counts.

 

(Could always be my pc being stupid too, but can't really see what would cause it)

 

Just seems as if it gets stuck sometimes

It does look like your stalled there.

Which browser are you using and os?

Generally not had any ispy issues but I will leave it running on my end for a while and see what happens.

IE8 and Vista (Aye I know ) doesn't always happen, just sometimes. Not noticed it on work pc, so may just be a Vista thing, but was wondering

Firefox, Safari, and IE all broke at same bit

 

Not sure if it's just Vista, or whatnot. Not sure if there's any plugins it's using that might need updating (my side?) but assuming it's just normal java scripts etc?

How long does it take to break as such? Is it broken from the start aka not updating at all or does it break after an hour?

It normally takes an hour or more to do it. It works from the start, then seems to have a fit and stop at a certain point, and won't go past it till something happens. Like this time it was when I posted this thread, it's now updating again.

Mine is playing up as well now. Have had it open for a while. Just went to the tab and found it like the attached

Good to know it's not just me going crazy! lol. One of those things I only noticed as I was looking for an older post, and noticed difference between today posts, and ispy

I have a theory, basically some threads/combinations break the script and until they are gone from the list nothing updates.

I installed an update for the js framework it uses which hopefully will fix the problem.

Still happens often for me, yesterday a lot more. Normally it just seems to be if left open at work a long time so assuming that's more a local thing client cache etc wise, but yesterday certainly had it's moments again
