Somewhere i'm guessing there's a GPO setting that's stopping the kids accessing clipart. The staff have no problems accessing them.

We have both 2003 and 2010, its been bought to my attention with 2010. I've not changed or added anything specifically for 2010.

So staff member types "birthday cake" and gets a list full, kids get 1 or 2.

Anyone point me in the right direction?

Could be the web collection disabled?

software\policies\microsoft\Office\14.0\clip organizer\enableonlineclipart

etc. Stops it searching online, and only lets it use "local" clipart

We also had a problem with kids accessing clip art in office 2007. It was our student web filter that was catching the webclips site under the 'files' catagory. After white listing the site all is good.

Hmm, because i could find no mention of Office Policies in GPM i installed the template and did it from there.

Doesnt seem to have made a difference so far. Our proxy doesnt distinguish between users, all or nothing.

So im back to the orignial question of what do/dont the staff have.... grrr
