RDS server load balancing

Hi Guys,

 

We have load balancing enabled on our RDS (server 2008 R2) server environment, I want to redirect a few specific users to one of rds servers called rds01, how can i do this without switching off the load balancing? i know you can do this for an administrator account by using the /admin switch on the mstsc, however i want to direct a non admin user.
