missing excel option in SQL Server import & export wizard

im fairly new to server environment, a little could go a long way, im need to export a database to excel format using SQL Server import & export wizard, but the excel option does not appear, strangely, when my colleague remotes to the server with his ID he sees it, i remote to same server, with my ID no excel option, any ideas,
