Configuring Personalisation Settings via GPO

We have some computers here which have had the screen resolution changed to help some users with visually imparements however, this causes an issue with some of the software running at lower resolutions. I wondered if it is possible to configure the Display settings under personalisation and set it to increase the font size and other items on the desktop. The settings I have done locally are Personalise>Display but I can't find any reference in GPO.

 

Is this possible?

Or anyone else have any suggestions - I have some VI pupils who need the cursor enlarging and the icons making bigger, the ease of use centre wont let them customise this as it links to control panel (Which I have locked down for obvious reason).

 

How do people deal with a locked down profile but allow customisation for Visually Impaired pupils ?

I never did get his resolved as I ended up moving onto other stuff. However in the last place I worked we have some VI pupils and what I did was create a VI profile for students who needed a larger cursor etc in addition to the standard user. Obviously this doesn't allow a user to modify their own settings but it was enough for what they needed at the time. I did start looking at letting users access the control panel but locking down specific aspects so they could only do so much. This was a few years ago now though so I can't remember the settings I was looking at sorry.
