edutech4schools Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 Hi, When I visit https:......../hap/setup.aspx I get one long page with the setup options and no graphics. I have filled in the setp page info but get the same thing when I visit the main site as a user. I have tried locally from the server, from a desktop, and both IE and Chrome.
edutech4schools Posted October 1, 2012 Author Posted October 1, 2012 Update. if visit the defult root site I get the IIS 7 logo. So it must be an issue with hap.
edutech4schools Posted October 1, 2012 Author Posted October 1, 2012 Cheers Nick that worked. Just out of interest, I have 2 servers both identical and both with hap. Why did I need to delet that line from one server but not the other. Makes no sense to me.
nickbro Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 I don't know, I think it may be down to office being installed or something strange like that.
Mr.Ben Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 Hi @nickbro, I've just had to do the same on a fresh install of Server 2008 R2, no office or such, so I can discount the Office idea (deleting the svg entry still works a treat though!). Cheers for a great product again!
nickbro Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 I think the svg line is needed if office is installed on the server. If it isn't then it doesn't need it
Mr.Ben Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Ahh, that makes more sense! My instance is up and running now :-) Thanks again!
