I am punching down a RJ21 25 pair cable to a CAT5e patch panel that will be used as a analog telephone system (rj11)…

What pins do I punch the 25 pair cable to the patch panel that will active the rj11 jacks???

According to STRUCTURED WIRING - RJ45 - BALUM - POT ADAPTOR - CAT5 you should use pins 4 & 5.

For T-568(A or B) it's usually 4&5 (blue) although I have come across a very odd norstar system recently that used 3&6 for some reason.
