Sharepoint - Content DB mounted but no data

I've got a sharepoint site which has had to be restored in a strange way - i.e we only have a copy of the content db.

 

From what I have read the content db should be able to be mounted in a sharepoint site of the same version - this is fine and has mounted the db ok.

 

The problem i now have is although there is a 40gb content db attached there doesn't appear to be any sharepoint data being shown - anybody any ideas where to start?
