Virtual Tour ideas - 360 images, maps alternative to this example...

Does anyone know of any free ways to achieve a similar result to this virtual tour?

We are wanting to set up a new virtual tour showing off the school and i really would like to set up something similar to this but we would need it to be free.

I'll have a go. Just looking into ideas on how to jazz up our website a bit. Make it a bit more than just pages of information.

If you have a Windows Phone floating around it also makes it really easy. Works with iOS too.

 

You can do really complex ones with a decent digital camera and the desktop software.

I have tried:

- Tourweaver but it watermarks avery 40 seconds.

- Photosynth hosts the images that you can drag and drop but all on seperate pages.

 

Ideally after something that will package it all up together and have links down the side to different areas. Maybe even be able to show a map or image with links on.

 

Any one else know any good virtual tour packages that are free or cheap?

 

@bossman did you manage to find anything or get your tour done?

If you have a suitable Android smartphone, you could create your own Google Street-View style 360° photos with PhotoSphere.

 

Examples: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (best viewed in Google Chrome or Firefox)
