Pulic Folder on server

Hi, We currently have a public folder which lives on my server... (Wow u may say )

 

I would like to share this folder 'somewhere' (Cloud??) so I can be accessed when staff are out and about??

 

'Like a big dropbox where I can assign users'

 

Any ideas??

You could investigate using WebDAV of Sharepoint to do this. Each has its own merits depending upon what you actually want to do. Of course, if you want to shift it offsite for access (Dropbox style), you may need to consider something like the Dropbox for Teams service.
