Devontechie Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 (edited) I have just connected a HP LaserJet Pro 300 M351a via USB to a HP Pro 3120MT PC running Windows 7. Printer installs and runs with no problem in windows. When you turn the PC on it hangs on the HP Post screen. Turn then printer off or unplug it when you turn the PC on and it works with no problems! I have updated the bios for the PC and still doesn't work! Anyone got any ideas? Edited September 7, 2012 by Devontechie
Duke5A Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 Does it have a card reader on it? The machine is probably trying to boot off of it. Playing around with the boot order in the BIOS might fix it.
