[acs] Facility to Moodle Block not working (Query failed to find student)

Hi,

 

We seem to be having an issue with the plug-in that transfers students/staff from the facility database to Moodle. This plugin has been working fine for over a year, the plugin authenticate ok with both our LDAP server and CMIS database. The error message we get is:

 

Attempting to connect to LDAP server

LDAP connection OK.

Connected to LDAP in active directory mode

LDAP bind successful.

Could not find student: - login = SDaoud - last logged in = 2012-07-05 error message =Query failed to find student

 

Has anyone else seen this message? Any help would be appreciated.

 

We are running Moodle v.1.9
