[ms office - 2004 (mac)] Problem with bullet text in Powerpoint

I created a template for a client in Mac 2008 and they have 2003. I added text placeholders on my end and when they try to add in bullet copy...the third bullet copy is invisible and just keeps returning.

Has anyone every come accross this problem and if so how did you fix it. I appreciate it.
