As part of our new image we've deployed Smart Notebook 11 to classroom machines. In previous versions the screen capture button would allow staff to capture the screen (I presume like the snipping tool in Windows 7) and then allows you to paste the content.

In version 11 this button seems to be greyed out with no visible way to enable it. I've been assured by a member of staff that is worked in version 10 and she used to make a lot of use of it.

Anybody seen this or know how to enable it?

Only thing I'd say to test is have you actually installed the product drivers too? They changed it a while back so new versions of the drivers do screen capture.

Might be worth installing one and checking.
