[sims] DBAttach Unhandled Exception

I am hoping to move SIMS Server from Windows 2003 32bit server with SQL Express 2008 to a Windows 2008 64bit server with Sql Express 2008R2 (32bit), but I am getting an unhandled exception message from DBattach. I am also getting the same message when running SIMSINST when it gets to the create database stage. Help please!

You need to restore the database not create a new one.
