Hi all

Just a quick one - we have an EES agreement in place so have the Client Licences for Endpoint Protection so am thinking about rolling it out to some of our lower spec pc's which Sophos kills completely as a trial. This is probably a daft question, but if I were to do this, do I need any other licences or subscriptions or is it all included from there?

I realise the main management side of it is through SCCM (which is the eventual aim over the next year) but other then that.... anything?

Cheers!

Seconded, you only need the management aspects if you want the management aspects, otherwise EES with core or enterprise desktop packs include the Forefront Online protection CAL, which as mentioned by plexer can be rolled out by script and 'managed' by GPO.

Daft question now, what's the name of the download in the VLSC? I seem to have 3 different options within it, partly caused by a misconfigured Open Agreement I think which still hasn't been fixed. :)

Cheers again!

Download SCCM 2012 and the latest version is included with that ISO. It can be installed as a standalone from that ISO
