Uninstalling RM Local Support Tools (CC3)

Our RM support contract has lapsed and I am in the process of gradually replacing and removing various RM services. The latest one to hit the fan is LST (CC3) - I can't do anything with it as I get an error (RLN didn't accept the instruction...) when I try and change the schedule... So I want to uninstall it to stop all the schedules from running...

 

Can anyone tell me how I go about uninstalling LST? It doesn't seem to be as easy as Add/Remove Programs...
