What's the easiest way to set permissions on users home drives?

I've been doing some research on scripts etc but struggling to understand, so If anyone has some example scripts and can kindly share that would be great.

I need to re-do the permisons for all home drives and I want domain admins to have full control on all folders, then the user to have modify access on their folder ONLY, i.e \\server\staff\jbloggs jbloggs would have modify access but KPerry would have no access.

Hope that makes sense.

Seems to be working nicely :)

Only problem on the student user accounts i've renamed all the accounts to first initial surname, but their home drive folders are a mixture of surnamefirstname, firstnamesurname, first initial surname. Is there a script I can run to change all the folders username to match the users ad account name?
