Backup Exec 2010 R2 Help

Installed the remote Symantec backup exec remote agent on a MAIL SERVER, the BACKUP Server is picking up the remote agent tool with no issues on all other servers

 

it keep getting this message

 

Unable to obtain settings for Remote Agent Publishing from the registry" occurs after launching the Backup Exec Remote Agent Utility and clicking on the Publishing Tab

 

also the service will not start, its on automatic and followed that guide from above and still dont work

 

also done a uninstall and reinstall using their guide

 

and every time it keeps saying

beremote.exe is not running on the computer

 

any suggestions on fix
