Need a litte DNS help...I Think

Eveneing,

 

I have a Server 2003 Network that has AD, DNS, DHCP, ETC Roles

I have just bought a Mac Server to look after some iPads.

 

It all works great at home (Apple Side) I can login to web pages from the mac server on the iPads but when I take things back to work/school and I'm using the windows DNS it doesn't work!

 

Ive spent a day pressing buttons in DNS but to no great result, what do I need to add and where?
