Open the log on the right hand side select Yes for false positive, Yes for Archive (this moves it out of the database) then you need to click SAVE. I like the interface but we use the filtering as well as the screen capture and the filtering has not been working correctly for some time. I was hoping the upgrade to V5 would fix this but our kids can still open youtube and an account that should only be able to access sites in a white-list have full internet access… If you are in Birmingham and using link2ict they did advertise a free training session to show the new version (I didn’t go but our head was going to go). There is a user manual you can access by clicking HELP. 1

We are hosted by Forensic Science and the first I knew about v5 was when it came up this morning. They pointed me towards the Help button, which is obvious once the magnifier is on! I guess like everything else, I'll get used to it.
