.CAB location of wscsvc.dll file on 2k3 R2 disk

I'm trying to locate the wscsvc.dll file in the CAB's on the install disk and not finding it anywhere. Anyone know which CAB holds that file or where I might be able to locate and index of file locations for a 2k3 R2 disk. Thanks!

Use an xp or 2003 machine and the search feature to search for text inside files, use the filename or the filename minus the extention and run the search. I think that the CAB file index is in plain text.

 

If you have a Windows 8 machine you can also set search to search inside CAB and ZIP files so this would also be another method of easily finding the file.
