[sims] Changing the Timetable Cycle in Nova t6

I am in a large school with KS 3,4&5. The Cycle and Model and timetables have all been completed for a 6 period day.

Is there any way I can change the cycle to a 7 period day without losing alll the bands and scheduling ?

Changing the cycle should not affect the bands at all - bands are independant of where they are scheduled.

If you are adding a period at the end of a day, it should be possible to do this without breaking the existing schedule. I think the problem would arise if you were trying to insert a period

in the middle of a day, when you would get problems with broken double periods.

Plus save you file with a different name, and you can see the effects of changes with no ill effect.

I had a play, and the scheduling did go, but everything else seemed okay.
