Morning all,

 

very weird thing happening with our Email.

 

Let me give you a scenario.

 

A parent emails into school to person A. Person A forwards that email onto Person B who then tries to send an email to the Parent, only to have the email bounceback saying "None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.".

 

Any ideas what might be causing this?

yes - try sending the email without using a suggested contact - e.g type the full address. I think that fixed it but will look at notes.

 

EDIT: its actually outlook giving you that error not exchange i think.

Delete the local cache and test, or create a new MAPI profile.
