[sims] Macros in sims.net reporting

Hi

 

Wonder if anyone can help.

 

I am not an excel expert.

 

I would like the population analysis to populate in the report and then forumals there to work out some figures dependant on the population analysis figures.

 

i.e.

 

Year 1 has a population of 61 pupils and then I would like to times this figure by 2,647 to get a total. They would like to know 5% of this total.

Very simple calucations, but I would like this all to happen automatically.

I have recorded the macro successfully, but dont know how to embed the calculations. Do I included them in the macro?? do I put them in first on the reportdata?? I have tried everyting without success.

Hope some clever person out there can help me.
