You'll need to fill in an MIP request on http://support.atomwide.com -Under My Account - LGFL 2.0 Deployment - Firewall and Mail Relay. Submit the form as a ticket and await for them to make the changes.

 

Ours were like this....

 

Internal IP	Protocol	Port	Permit From	Reason
HAP Server IP	tcp	80	any	Remote file access
HAP Server IP	tcp	443	any	Remote file access

 

They'll ask you to use CIFs and RAV3 but just tell them you'd rather use HAP+ instead.

 

Any thing else just ask!

You don't need port 80, just 443. HAP+ shouldn't be used on port 80, as the WCF/JSON services don't work on 80

We have 80 unblocked as we have a redirect from http to https to redirect to login page.
