[sims] Do people manage their Signle Central Record in Sims

Just wondering if other schools do this in Sims. I am worried that this will bloat our SIms database with unwanted people? Do you just stick to leaving personnel for employed staff and then a separate spreadsheet for other people who need to provide CRB details when they spent time/visit the school?

 

Thoughts please?

We have been using it, although more 'staff' are now on there - as they don't have any employment info they don't come up as current or active so don't really affect your searching

It's not too much bloat and makes sense to record where you can in one place. If it does all you need, it should be fine.
