Soulfish Posted June 19, 2012 Posted June 19, 2012 We've moved to Impero from Netsupport and couldn't be happier. Great product and great team behind it (once you're done dodging them at BETT ). 1
fiza Posted June 19, 2012 Posted June 19, 2012 Impero as well - ask @russdev yep - forgot about Impero! 2
Gaz Posted June 19, 2012 Posted June 19, 2012 I've just started a trial of Impero and its working out quite well. I'd recommend giving it a try, it seems like a very flexable bit of kit with some very useful features. 2
Guest Guest Posted June 19, 2012 Posted June 19, 2012 (edited) Just trialled Impero and Lanschool. Went with Impero as it's just in a different league to Lanschool. Support is great, support for Lanschool is shocking; Phoned lanschool to report a problem with our trial. As it happened the problem had happened in a classroom where we were using the free version. Was told by support very bluntly "we don't support the free one [even though you are using it as well as the paid for version in a trial which could lead you to spend lots of pennies with us]". Tried it on the paid for and same problem. Given the usual "upgrade from version 7.4.0.34 to version 7.4.0.35" as if they will have corrected a problem they didn't even know about in such a small update... Lots of other little problems and unhelpful support so eventually got bored and took them out of the running. Don't know if it's just me that expects a company to be helpful at least until they have got your money! Edited June 19, 2012 by Guest
