Any alternatives to Mission Maker?

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on if there are alternatives to Mission Maker? That will work without issues on Windows 7.

did you ever resolve your issues with windows 7? having issues with it here, runs fine but if I try to load a saved file from a network resource it says I have an invalid licence key. Do you know if it can be run from outside of the actual c:\program files.. folder?
