HAP isnt an RDP solution. You would need to set-up the machine running CMIS to accept RDP clients and make sure you can connect to it outside of HAP.. All you would be doing with HAP is linking to the Remote Access Gateway.

 

Hope that makes some sense. There are a few other threads in here talking about RDP - but to be honest, it's a bit complicated. You need to make sure you are licensed properly etc - We run a dedicated Terminal Server which has the clients for SIMS (in our case) and the accounts etc on it. This is available from outside the college (and licensed accordingly). All we use HAP for is a portal to put the links.

Thanks Matt for your help. This is what I thought after reading some of those RDP threads. We'll probably leave this for now until we get Server 2008 (currently 2003) and a TS setup.
