Block Websites through smoothwall

I am looking to block some websites through smoothwall. I was wondering if someone would be able to help me with this or walk me through the interface to fix this?

You may find your answer on the Youtube channel - SmoothWallTV - YouTube - but have you tried ringing support? They're normally happy to remote in and run you through it. It's difficult to assist without knowing how far you are in the setup already, and if you're on a brand new system, there's a couple of hours of work there!
