Problems with Ulteo Virtual Desktop

Sorry, if this thread is not at the right place in the forum.

 

I have the following problem.

I installed Ulteo Virtual Desktops in a Vmware environment and I’m

able to reach the admin area in the virtual desktop via Firefox Browser

to create new users and to add new applications.

So far no problems, but if I try to log in with a normal user, the

application programs are shown grey and can’t be opened and

Ulteo logs out automatically after a short period of time (less than

half a minute).

 

How can I solve that problem?
