owa and attachments

I've created a new IE group policy for pupils which is working fine but my only issue is that for some unknown reason i can't download open and save attachments however i can run (open) word documents but not save i might have over looked something

 

any help would good

just something about file is corrupt even though it isn’t.

The file is corrupt and cannot be opened
