[sims] CTF input from Target Tracker

We've recieved a CTF file for a new pupil. We're getting the usual error saying child already exists etc so have checked DOB, Name etc to see where the discrepancy was but couldnt find anything.

 

The only difference is that the school have extracted their information from Target Tracker and we've never had that before as far as we know (usually serco and sims!).

 

Is it possible that SIMS is struggling to upload the info from the xml that Target Tracker created?

 

We have a paper version of his school history are just going to make a note of why his details arent imported.

 

Its a real shot in the dark as i couldnt see any reason for it....
