Cachepilot not working!!

Came in this morning to find that our cachepilot has stopped working. It used to use LDAP to authenticate users but now when you try to access a web page, it asks for a username and password.

When use the test URL function, it shows this information which I didn't used to before.

No matching CachePilot users.
Running LDAP lookup.
No cache file for external groups.
No matches found.

The difference is where it says No cache file for external groups.

Anyone got any ideas? Getting a bit desperate now.
