abercrombie Posted April 19, 2012 Posted April 19, 2012 Hello, In Outlook 2010, a user has been set up for full access to two other calendars - both in the exact same way with the same level of access. Once an appointment is selected in Calendar1, right-clicking gives the user the option to "Categorize" by a whole list of colours. Once an appointment is selected in Calendar2, right-clicking gives the user to "Categorize", but only two entries appear in the list "Red Category" (red colour) and another one called "Blue Category" (also red colour). Installing third party software isn't an option since its a corporate environment. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks!
abercrombie Posted May 6, 2012 Author Posted May 6, 2012 Can the "owner" of Calendar 2 select a different colour? Yes, he can..
techie_toad Posted May 6, 2012 Posted May 6, 2012 Had a similar issue, advice would be to remove both calendars and revoke access, grant access and then re-add the calendars. It would be interesting to know if adding Calendar 2 first and then Calendar 1 gives you the same problem.
