for some reason or another group policy is and isnt applying the settings i need it do. e.g stop capitalize first letter of sentence and capitalize names of day as you can see the settings get applied but when i come to say write tuesday day it still puts a god dam caps in anyideas ? i have the gpo enforced put still no luck it is a windows 7 client as well

Can you check this key:

 

software\policies\microsoft\office\14.0\word\options\assist\fTwoInitialCaps_24_1

 

That should be what the policy is editing etc
