LanView and Altiris station monitoring

Hi all,

hoping someone might help me with a rather annoying problem. I am in the process of up-grading my workstations to Windows 7 x 64. I am able to install the Altiris client and TightVNC client and I am able to see whether stations are on in Altiris and in LanView. However, neither system shows me when a user is logged on to a workstation; also I am not able to remote control the workstations using Altiris or LanView. I am able to do this on workstations installed with Windows 7 x 32, however I can only remote control if someone is logged on to the workstation. Has anyone else come across this issue and been able to resolve it? Any help would be much appreciated.
